Dave Boitano was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in April 2025. Prior to joining LTC, Dave held executive positions within the seniors housing and health care finance sector. He spent a good part of his career at an S&P 500 real estate investment trust, has nearly 30 years of real estate investment experience, including various transactional and corporate finance roles. Dave began his career in Ernst & Young’s audit practice.
