Amy Elliott is the Director of Community Marketing at LCS, where she leads national strategy and innovation to strengthen how senior living communities connect with today’s customer. With more than nine years at LCS and three years in her current role, Amy oversees community brand development, digital performance, and marketing strategies and systems supporting a portfolio of more than 120 communities nationwide.

Amy has driven consistent lead volume growth while advancing LCS’s marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM integrations, AI-informed search strategy, and digital performance optimization. She was recognized as part of the 2025 WTWH Future Leaders class and is a frequent industry speaker, having led sessions at conferences including SMASH and Argentum.

A dedicated advocate for leadership development, Amy is actively involved in Argentum’s Women in Leadership (WIL) program and was selected to lead WIL’s in-person national conference sessions in both 2024 and 2025.
