Deb Petras serves as Vice President of Corporate Soul at Priority Life Care, where she provides executive leadership across human resources, organizational culture, and enterprise risk management for the organization’s senior living portfolio. She has held leadership roles with Priority Life Care since their inception, bringing extensive experience in healthcare operations and organizational governance.

In her role, Deb leads all insurance-related programs for Priority Life Care–managed communities, with responsibility for aligning insurance structures and risk mitigation strategies with operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements. She works closely with executive leadership, compliance, and operational teams to support consistent risk oversight across communities.

Deb is also actively involved in employee benefits governance ensuring benefit programs are administered responsibly and in alignment with regulatory standards, organizational risk objectives, and workforce needs. Her leadership supports a comprehensive approach to protecting residents, employees, and organizational assets while reinforcing accountability, consistency, and compliance across the enterprise.
