Since the mid-1990s, Quintin King has dedicated his career to the senior housing industry. He began as a staff accountant with the Colson family and progressively advanced to become a partner at Hawthorn Retirement, where he served as CFO. Later, he co-founded Sunshine Retirement alongside his partners.

Currently, Quintin is a partner at Brightwater Senior Living, a boutique developer, owner, and operator of senior housing communities. By 2020, Brightwater had established five communities across Canada and the United States, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional care and living experiences for seniors.

With over two decades of experience, Quintin is committed to giving back to the industry by mentoring emerging leaders, sharing his expertise, and driving innovation within the senior housing sector.
