Kenneth Young was appointed President & CEO of United Church Homes (UCH) in 2025, bringing nearly two decades of dedicated service to the organization. He first joined UCH in 2005 after serving as a partner at the law firm Roth Bacon Young, LLC, where he acted as corporate counsel for UCH. Over the years, he has held several key leadership roles, including General Counsel and Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Legal and Development Officer, before being named President by the Board of Directors in 2023.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a fellow of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy and has served on LeadingAge’s core legal committee. His commitment to leadership development is reflected in his completion of the Foundational Leadership Center program at The Ohio State University and the Nollau Leadership Institute of the Council for Health and Human Service Ministries.
Beyond his work at UCH, Ken is an active leader in the broader community. He serves as a director at First Citizens National Bank in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, as a director of Link-age Solutions, and is a member of the Board Nominating Committee for Marion Technical College in Marion, Ohio.
