Grace Glasser is a resident of Gallatin, TN, just outside of Nashville. She has been a geriatric Registered Nurse for over 40 years and has expertise in all aspects of senior care. From staff nurse, Director of Nursing and Administrator in Skilled Nursing Facilities to Director of Operations for a nursing home chain to owner of multiple assisted living and memory care facilities, she has expertise in all aspects of senior care and the associated challenges. As a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager, she has deep experience in the identification of risk and the application of effective mitigation responses. She has been a testifying expert in long-term care litigation in twenty states. She is also a frequent speaker and consultant, specializing in risk management and quality improvement on the provider side.

Grace is also the grandmother of 13 children and enjoys ballroom dancing and her ranch in the South Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee.
