His expertise spans roles such as Vice President of Investments at Benchmark Senior Living, where he spent 14 years, and Chief Investment Officer and President at Lloyd Jones.  He has managed complex financial operations, leading acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancings totaling over $3 billion. Dennis also has operational experience as an Executive Director of a 90-unit Assisted Living/Memory Care community.

A recognized leader in the field, Dennis is an alumnus of the NIC Future Leaders Council (2022), a published author of three articles in NIC Insider, and a speaker at major senior housing conferences including NIC, SIMS, and Health Tac.
