Dan’s career at Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) spanned 50 years, beginning as an accountant, subsequently serving as CFO, CAO, COO and then CEO for 28 years. Under his leadership, PHS grew from 180 employees, serving 200 older adults at one campus to 8,000 employees serving more than 37,000 through continuums of care at 62 campus locations as well as home & community-based service options. Dan’s focus has been on serving from a distinctive Christian culture that meets the needs of the whole person. Dan has been a board member or chair of several associations, not for-profit organizations and is actively in church and philanthropic volunteerism.
