Cameron Bell joined NHI in 2011 as a Financial Analyst. Since then, he has progressed within the organization, taking on responsibilities in asset and portfolio management, underwriting new investment opportunities, and visiting every NHI property in the portfolio. Currently, he holds the position of VP, Analytics & Customer Resources and launched a new Analytics department for NHI last year. In this new role, Cameron is focused on operational excellence and equipping the NHI operator base and asset management team with valuable operational and data insights. He continues to enhance and expand upon the vendor programs available to the customer base. Before this role, he held the position of VP, Portfolio Management, which led the team that oversaw NHI’s portfolio of leased & loan assets and supported relationship management with existing customers. From 2019 – 2022, he served on the NIC Future Leaders Council (FLC), where he co-chaired the Bootcamp committee for two years. He assisted in the bootcamp events and other NIC initiatives, like serving as an instructor on the NIC Academy’s CSHIP Level I program for additional years beyond his FLC tenure. Cameron holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University.
