Once you are registered for the NIC Accelerating Senior Housing Growth Conference, your confirmation email will detail how to book accommodation at the hotel. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, for registered attendees through Thursday, April 3, 2025, or until the conference block is full (whichever comes first).
Hotel Room Block Policy
Registration for the conference is required prior to booking lodging. Any hotel reservations in the NIC room block without a corresponding conference registration may be canceled by hotel/NIC without notice. One (1) hotel room reservation can be made per registered attendee.
Changes to Hotel Reservations
Please contact the hotel directly for name changes, arrival/departure changes, and/or cancellations. Please refer to your hotel confirmation emails for additional information.

Getting to Indianapolis is a breeze! Known as the ‘Crossroads of America,’ the city is within a day’s drive of over half the U.S. population. With easy access to major interstates like I-70, I-65, I-69, and I-74, the drive is simple and straightforward.
For those arriving by air, Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is only 13.5 miles from the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. As of January 2025, there are nonstop flights from 49 domestic destinations across the United States to IND.
