Hotel room rates start at $249.00 ++ (taxes & fees) per night for single/double occupancy.
Once you are registered for the NIC Growth Conference, your confirmation email will detail how to book accommodation at the hotel. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, for registered attendees through Thursday, April 9, 2026, or until the conference block is full (whichever comes first).
Hotel Reservation and Cancellation: Please refer to your individual hotel confirmation email for additional information. The hotel confirmation will include details regarding the hotel’s specific cancellation and deposit policy.
Cancellation: All reservations must be secured with either a first night room deposit or a valid major credit card at the time of booking.
Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival will incur a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
We encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully prior to booking to avoid any cancellation fees.
Hotel Room Block Policy
You must be registered for the conference before booking a hotel room within the NIC room block. Each registered attendee is allowed to reserve one (1) hotel room only. Reservations made without a corresponding conference registration are subject to cancellation without notice, and any deposits may be forfeited.

Changes to Hotel Reservations and/or Cancellation
Once you’ve booked your hotel room, be sure to check your individual confirmation email for all the important details—including the hotel’s specific cancellation and deposit policies.

For those arriving by air, Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is only 13.5 miles from the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. As of January 2025, there are nonstop flights from 49 domestic destinations across the United States to IND.
