Kirsten Kavanaugh is the Director of Asset Management at Senior Resource Group (SRG), an owner, developer, and operator of senior living communities across the U.S. Kirsten leads the development and implementation of business intelligence initiatives at SRG. Her work drives decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic to improve the quality of life and experiences for residents while delivering on performance goals.

Prior to joining SRG, Kirsten earned her CPA (Certified Public Accountant) working for Ernst & Young (EY) in Los Angeles and London, specializing in real estate assurance. Kirsten graduated with a B.S. and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.
